Order Cancellation

At Coshalo, every piece — from steampunk skirts and coats to Halloween cloaks — is designed and produced with care in our own factory. To ensure smooth processing and on-time delivery, please review our cancellation and change policy below:

Please check your order carefully before submitting. We will send a confirmation email after you place your order. If an error has occurred in the processed order, please email it to us within 24 hours of submission, and the order cancellation or change will only be valid for this time frame.

1. Cancellation Window

-Orders cancelled within 24 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a full refund,

-Orders cancelled 24 to 48 hours After payment confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund consisting of the full shipping cost and 60% of the product purchase price .

-Orders cancelled after 48 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a refund consisting of the full shipping cost only.

-Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

2. How to Cancel or Change an Order

Contact our support team as soon as possible via coshalo68@gmail.com.

Provide your order number and details of your request (cancellation or changes in size, color, or product).

Our team will confirm if your order is still eligible for cancellation or modification.

3. Refunds for Cancelled Orders

If your cancellation is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Refunds typically take 3 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
