Return & Refund Policy
At Coshalo, we want every customer to love their purchase. Each of our steampunk skirts, coats, and Halloween cloaks is designed with care in our own factory and follows standard US size to help you shop confidently. Still, if something isn’t quite right, we are here to help.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Costumes/Wigs that have been used or washed
- Costumes/Wigs that smell of cigarette smoke or perfume
- Costumes with stains
- Worn or damaged products not due to our error.
3. How to Return?
- Contact our support team at coshalo68@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery.
- Provide your order number and reason for return. Send us some photos to support claims for replacement or refund.
- If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the return address, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. (Note: Items returned without authorization will not be accepted).
- We recommend that you send your return/exchange package in a shipping method providing tracking information as well as a signature, because we will not be responsible for lost return/exchange.
4. Return Charge
⬥ If the return is due to our problems (such as: incorrect products, quality problems of products), we will provide a full refund for you include the return freight;
⬥ If the return is due to the buyer’s problem (such as: don’t like/want the item, ordered a wrong product/size), the buyer should pay the return freight.
⬥ No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.
⬥ For costumes that are made to the wrong size, Coshalo.com will make a new costume for free – if it is determined that we made the error.We will ship it out for free.
⬥However, Coshalo is NOT responsible for sizing errors in custom-made costume if the customer has provided incorrect measurements. In this situation, the customer has the option to keep the original costume and receive a new item at 20% off the list price, or ship the costume back to us for revision (The customer pays for the freight charges returned); you will be charged for refix cost only.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
